So being a beach girl...I LOVE H20! Of course when fam comes to visit AND it is 100+ what better to do then go cool off in the Lake (or one of the many lakes)?!

An Afternoon in Cowboy Country
Ok so for those who DON'T know...the Cowboy's play in the most AMAZING stadium I have EVER seen. You don't have to be a fan of the team to be a fan of the stadium. Seriously breathtaking. Here are some photos from our tour (and ps...playing or even just running on the field ROCKED)...

Beach Babes from Afar
My pride comes from the kids I have worked with....so blessed by the many kids who I have been lucky enough to coach over the years....BUT with the move to DFW I had to sit back and watch from afar when it came to the 2011 Regional tournament for the 12 Beach Babe team. Not only did I have ROCKSTAR coaches in place BUT these girls just got it (some have played for 3 years already in the program)...and to hear that they went 6-0 (12-0) overall I have never felt SO proud. And thanks to social media we were able to send videos back and forth over the weekend (thanks Julia)! LOVE IT! Here they are...

Wow...been MIA for a bit!
So yea...tons of video and photos to come BUT until then enjoy a couple shots of my kiddos (one of the reasons I am so able to smile these days) via instagram (my new photo app)

Tis the Season
So December has basically come and past...but let me tell you, it was not a slow month! It might not have been the best December on record (yes, December is so my fave month), but it definitely was an active one! From starting the club season to the Tampa M2 to the AVCA Final Four to the new traditions at Xmas...wowsers!
